Patient Billing

Thank you for choosing our office for your dental needs. The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment, and the restorative needs (fillings, posts, etc.) your dentist requests. During your first visit, we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved.

For your convenience, we gladly accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Obtaining insurance verification is not a guarantee of payment by the insurance company.  Insurance companies are not required to disclose how they determine annual maximums and treatment exclusions.  As a result, we will be happy to assist you by filing your insurance claim however, we require a credit card on file to do so.  In the event your insurance does not pay the estimated amount, our office will charge the uncovered portion to your credit card.  If you do not want to leave a credit card on file, payment is due in full at the time of service and the insurance check will be sent directly to the patient.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
